When Is the 2011 Silent Auction?
On Friday, September 16th, the Scituate Library Foundation will hold its Ninth Annual Gala Dinner & Silent Auction at the Barker Tavern in Scituate. The auction is held on-site during the Gala, however, the Foundation Board of Directors distributes a Sealed Bid Form to interested bidders who are unable to attend the Gala but want to access the silent auction items. The Sealed Bid Form will be available on September 1, 2011 at the Scituate Library and as a download file here.
How Does the Sealed Bid Form Work?

What Happens if I Don’t Win the Item?
All non-winning bids will have their Sealed Bid Form(s), check or payment information returned to them immediately following the Gala. NOTE: Checks will be returned uncashed and none of your financial information will be recorded by the Foundation.
